Partnership with a Boutique Design Studio
We're partnering with a boutique, multidisciplinary design studio in the search for an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join its growing team.
Known for creating distinctive, experience-led interiors across the hospitality and residential sectors, the studio has built a reputation for delivering projects that are imaginative, beautifully detailed, and technically exceptional.
The Opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior technical designer looking to play a pivotal leadership role within a creative business, working on projects from early feasibility through to completion while helping shape both project delivery and the wider architectural team.
Working closely with the Directors, you'll lead multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership of the architectural delivery from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion, whilst also contributing to the feasibility and design development stages alongside the Interior Design team.
- Oversee and contribute to the production of high-quality technical packages
- Coordinate external consultants and contractors
- Manage site delivery and mentor a talented team of Interior Architects and Technologists

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of luxury hospitality and residential projects
- Produce and oversee high-quality architectural drawing packages
- Manage internal teams, external consultants, and specialist contractors
- Coordinate projects from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion
- Attend site meetings, oversee construction, and resolve technical queries
- Collaborate closely with the Interior Design team during concept and developed design stages
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Maintain design quality, technical standards, and project programmes
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors throughout project delivery
About You
- Significant experience delivering high-end hospitality or luxury residential projects
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Proven experience leading projects through technical design and site delivery
- Confident managing internal teams and external project stakeholders
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Passionate about design quality and meticulous attention to detail

Software & Experience
- Revit (essential)
- Experience working to LOD 300 standards advantageous
- Previous hospitality or hotel project experience
- Strong coordination and project management skills

Salary
Up to £50,000 - 55,000 depending on experience
