About The Role
We are working with an established UK practice known for its cultural and public projects across London. They are now looking for a Senior Architect to join their talented team.
Within this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of architectural projects through RIBA Stages 2–6 using Revit. Showcasing excellent technical skills and prior experience working on retrofit and existing projects, you will play a pivotal role in guiding both internal and external teams across significant landmark projects in London.
Prior experience delivering projects and coordinating with external consultants and teams is essential for the role, alongside a strong eye for detail and a good understanding of technical design and detailing. The ability to manage multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously is also key.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of architectural projects through RIBA Stages 2–6
- Demonstrate strong technical skills through previous experience delivering existing and retrofit projects in the UK
- Support Associates and Partners with project coordination and delivery
- Contribute to the effective day-to-day management of the team and project workload
- Support and mentor team members through the production of technical documentation
- Demonstrate strong design capabilities from early-stage design development through to detailed technical design
- Confidently collaborate with internal teams and contribute positively within a wider design environment
- Coordinate effectively with external clients, consultants, engineers, and other project stakeholders

Key Skills/Requirements
- At least 5 years of post-Part III qualification experience
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience with AutoCAD and NBS software is highly desirable
- Proven experience working across RIBA Stages 2–6
- Previous experience managing and mentoring team members is essential
- Strong understanding of UK building and planning regulations, demonstrated through relevant project experience
- A passion for design, with the ability to communicate ideas through strong drawing and visualisation skills
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take a strategic overview of complex design challenges and develop thoughtful, effective solutions
- Confident in presenting ideas both verbally and visually
