Senior Housing Architect | London | £50k–£60k

I’m working with an established architecture and design practice that is looking to add a Senior Architect to its London housing team.

The role is focused on the design and planning stages of large-scale residential projects, with the aim of creating well-considered schemes that can move seamlessly into delivery.

You’ll be working on developer-led residential projects of 100+ homes, collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams across design development, planning, and coordination.

Key requirements:

  • Recent experience on large-scale, developer-led residential projects
  • Experience across schemes of 100+ homes
  • Strong design and planning experience
  • Excellent understanding of housing typologies and placemaking
  • Revit proficiency is essential
  • Good knowledge of UK planning and Building Regulations

Salary: £50,000–£60,000
Location: London
