About The Role:
Our client is an internationally celebrated, prestigious luxury interiors brand, renowned for its quietly distinctive aesthetic, beautifully crafted projects and exceptional ability to create immersive spaces within extraordinary contexts. With a highly respected reputation across the global architecture and interior design space, the studio has built a loyal following for its timeless approach to design, exceptional craftsmanship and highly considered, narrative-led interiors. Renowned for creating atmospheric prime residential spaces, the studio takes a deeply researched approach to design, developing compelling stories and concepts that translate into spaces that are as meaningful as they are visually striking. They are now seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect / Interior Architect to join their team.
This is a pivotal role for a designer with a strong track record in the delivery of bespoke prime residential projects and the ability to lead projects confidently from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, a sophisticated understanding of materials and spatial design, and a genuine interest in narrative-driven interiors. You will lead design development and project delivery, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure exceptional standards are maintained. You will also mentor junior designers, build strong client relationships and contribute to the wider creative direction of the studio. The ideal candidate will be confident working autonomously while balancing creative ambition with technical expertise, meticulous detailing and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead bespoke prime residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop and present high-quality design proposals and concepts.
- Oversee technical design, detailing and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
- Maintain design intent and exceptional quality throughout project delivery.
- Lead, support and mentor junior designers within the team.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with interior designers, craftspeople and suppliers to realise the design vision.
- Contribute to the creative direction and development of the studio.
- Manage multiple priorities with a high level of autonomy, organisation and attention to detail.

Key Skills / Requirements:
- Extensive experience delivering bespoke, crafted spaces
- 8-10 years’+ experience in professional practice
- Proven experience working on listed buildings, heritage, or complex refurbishment schemes would be desirable
- Strong technical knowledge with experience producing coordinated construction packages
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Confident managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes and craftsmanship
- Creative, narrative-led approach to design
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
