About Reds10

Reds10 bring together design, manufacturing and delivery to build better homes, schools, hospitals and vital infrastructure. Precision engineering, stringent quality control and more efficient use of materials mean better buildings. Less waste and smarter design mean better environmental outcomes.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join our growing design team in our 50-acre site in Driffield, Yorkshire – the UK’s largest off-site manufacturing facility. This is a key role within our end-to-end design and build business, where you’ll help shape how we deliver efficient, buildable, and high-quality designs.

Working closely with architects and the wider design team, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining Revit families, templates, and standard details, helping to drive consistency, quality, and innovation across our projects. You’ll also play an important role in factory testing and sampling, ensuring our designs are practical and deliverable.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating, developing, and maintaining design standards and technical documentation
  • Producing and ensuring compliance of Reds10 standard details
  • Managing and improving our Revit families, templates, and design libraries
  • Supporting project teams with timely and accurate technical information
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and site/factory teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Driving continuous improvement in design processes and workflows
  • Coordinating across disciplines using BIM360 and Autodesk AEC tools (Revit-based)
  • Managing documentation and workflows through the Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Carrying out and documenting factory testing and samples
  • Exploring new tools and methods to improve efficiency and drawing production

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
