Konker Group Architectural Technician Opportunity
Konker is working with a young, ambitious architectural practice that's grown to a team of 10 and is continuing to build for the future.
They're now looking for a Technician or Senior Technician to strengthen the technical side of the business and play an important role in developing how the practice operates.
Based on the outskirts of Manchester, with easy transport links available.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing practice where you can have a genuine influence beyond your project work.
You'll work closely with the senior team and help develop technical standards, construction details, quality assurance processes and wider company structures as the business continues to evolve.

The practice currently works predominantly across healthcare and education, alongside sports and leisure projects, giving you a varied workload and plenty of scope to develop your experience.
You'll provide technical support across live projects, helping ensure high-quality technical delivery while contributing to the continued development of the practice.
With the business still relatively young, there's plenty of opportunity to have your say and help shape the systems, standards and processes that will support its future growth.
The Role: Senior Architectural Technician
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
3 days per week in the office
26 days annual leave + public/bank holidays

Genuine opportunity to influence a growing practice
Outskirts of Manchester city centre
You'll be a confident Technician or Senior Technician with strong technical experience. Healthcare or education experience would be beneficial, as would professional membership such as CIAT, but relevant technical ability and a proactive approach are the key requirements.
