We are representing an award-winning interior design practice specialising in immersive, high-quality spaces across the hotel, hospitality and commercial sectors. The studio takes a holistic approach to design, creating sensory-rich environments that enhance how people experience and interact with a space.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician or Technologist to help translate ambitious design concepts into technically robust, buildable solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with some flexibility to work from home (2 days).
The successful candidate will prepare and coordinate technical and construction drawings, develop CAD models and work closely with architects, designers, consultants and contractors to ensure projects meet design intent, building regulations and programme requirements. You will also contribute to technical reviews, quality control and the development of documentation standards, while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
