About The Role
Our client is an employee-owned architecture practice and certified B Corp, with over 300 specialists across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, urban design, town planning, and graphic design, operating from a network of UK studios.
We are looking for an all-rounded Senior Technologist with experience across a variety of sectors, with essential experience in refurbishment and retrofit — ideally on heritage buildings — and desirable experience in education or healthcare projects.
This permanent role sits within a growing London studio and is suited to a technically strong Senior Technologist capable of running several on-site projects simultaneously, delegating effectively to junior team members while maintaining oversight of complex, large-scale work. Reporting to the regional director, you will lead project teams and take ownership of technical delivery from brief through to construction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
