🚨 Senior Architectural Technologist – London | Employee-Owned Practice | Full-Time | Hybrid Working 🚨

Alfred Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded employee-owned architectural practice in the appointment of an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their London studio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Senior Technologist who enjoys leading projects, coordinating teams and delivering high-quality buildings within a collaborative and progressive environment.

The practice has a strong reputation for design quality, technical excellence, and sustainable architecture, delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors.

The Opportunity:

As Senior Architectural Technologist, you will:

  • Lead the technical delivery of large-scale projects (£20m+)
  • Run projects through technical design and delivery stages
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants
  • Support, mentor, and delegate work to junior team members
  • Produce and manage specifications, technical information, and detailed design solutions
  • Work on a varied portfolio including refurbishment, retrofit, and complex projects
  • Contribute to innovative approaches including MMC and sustainable design solutions

We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with strong job-running experience
  • Proven track record delivering large and complex projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
  • Strong technical understanding across RIBA stages
  • Experience coordinating consultants and managing project teams
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical information and specifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
