🏗️ Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist | Manchester
10+ Years’ PQE | AJ100 Practice
We’re working with an established AJ100 architectural practice that is looking to strengthen its Manchester team with an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who can take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.
🔑 Key Highlights:
- 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong technical delivery experience through RIBA Stage 4 to completion
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Revit experience highly desirable
- Strong technical detailing and construction information knowledge
- Experience coordinating consultants and external design teams
- Contractor and sub-contractor liaison
- Comfortable attending design team and site meetings
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work with autonomy
- Full UK driving licence preferred
