Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Manchester
Salary: GBP 40,45,000
We are working with a well-established and highly respected architectural practice with offices across the UK, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their Manchester team.
The practice has an impressive and varied portfolio spanning mixed-use, retail, healthcare, and leisure developments, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and collaborative practice, taking on a key role in the delivery of fast-paced, high-volume projects while developing strong client-facing experience.

Daily Duties
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using Revit
- Supporting the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3-6
- Working on retail developments for a major supermarket client
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing and progressing multiple live projects within a busy and fast-paced environment
- Attending client meetings and site visits where required
- Ensuring technical information complies with UK Building Regulations and relevant industry standards

Ideal Candidate
- An Intermediate to Senior level Architectural Technician or Technologist with strong UK project experience
- Highly proficient in Revit, with this being essential for the position
- Strong technical knowledge with experience producing detailed construction and technical information
- Previous experience within retail or multi-site rollout projects would be advantageous
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
- Comfortable managing workloads across several projects simultaneously
- A confident, proactive, and effective communicator who works well as part of a collaborative team
