Senior Architectural Technologist – Prime Residential

London | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary

My client is an established architectural practice with an excellent reputation for delivering high-end projects across the UK and internationally. They are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their London team, working on bespoke private residential projects alongside a broad consultant team.

The Role

You will play a key role in the technical delivery of prestigious residential schemes, coordinating design information and working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years’ UK architectural experience, with strong technical and construction-stage experience.
  • Proven experience delivering high-end / prime residential projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and NBS.
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, detailing, specifications, and technical compliance.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
  • Confident working with contractors, responding to RFIs, and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with refurbishment, extensions, listed, or historic buildings would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of building fabric, thermal upgrades, and retrofit desirable.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff.
  • CIAT membership or progression towards chartership advantageous.
