Konker is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning AJ100 architectural practice in Manchester.
With around 190 staff across six UK offices, the practice has an excellent reputation across the commercial sector, delivering projects across retail, residential, leisure, office, and industrial sectors.
The Manchester team of around 26 is growing thanks to several new commissions, including a major contract with a leading retail brand. They are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills to join the team.

The Role: Senior Architectural Technologist
- Senior Architectural Technologist position within an established RIBA Chartered practice
- Work on exciting, large-scale retail and commercial projects
- Revit experience essential
- Opportunity to project manage or focus on technical delivery
- Work alongside Architects, Technologists, Landscape Architects, and support staff

Salary & Benefits £35k–£45k depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package including paid professional membership fees, company pension, discretionary bonus, and more.
