Senior Architectural Technician - Architecture Job in Surrey - £55,000 - £65,000
Hunter Dunning is working with a collaborative small architectural practice on new-build and retrofit projects for schools and NHS environments. You will develop and coordinate technical information across RIBA Stages 4-6 and resolve complex construction details during live site delivery.

Your Experience
- Strong technical detailing skills and live-site construction knowledge
- Detailed working knowledge of RIBA Stages 4-6
- Experience producing coordinated technical packages
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Bulletins, HTMs, and HBNs
- Experience in school and NHS project environments
- AutoCAD, Revit LT, and SketchUp experience
- Clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and on-site trades
- Experience working with Architects, Building Surveyors, and Technologists
