Job Title
Up to £75,000 + bonus + company car + benefits
Take real ownership of a multi-site business.
We're working with a well-established, high-growth food business to hire several Operations Managers. You'll lead a group of busy, high-volume sites and the General Managers who run them. You'll have full responsibility for people, customer experience, sales, and profit.
We're looking for star players: leaders who drive commercial results through their people, not around them. You build strong teams, and your numbers show it.
The business is investing, opening new sites, and modernising how it operates. It wants leaders who can turn that investment into results on the ground.
Not from hospitality? That's fine. We're open to multi-site leaders from grocery retail and non-food retail. If you've run a fast-paced, high-volume, people-heavy operation and delivered strong results, your experience will transfer.

What you'll do
- Coach and develop your General Managers. Build their commercial confidence and create strong succession across your area.
- Own your P&L. Forecast, control costs, and build plans that deliver now and keep growing.
- Use data to spot what's holding a site back. Build plans to fix it and hold your teams accountable.
- Improve the customer experience. Turn feedback into better service, speed, and quality.
- Keep standards high. Hold compliance, health and safety, and food safety high across every site.
- Grow sales across all channels, including delivery and digital.
- Support openings, refurbishments, and new initiatives.
What you'll bring
- Multi-site leadership experience in hospitality, food service, grocery retail, or non-food retail.
- A track record of improving commercial performance. You know your numbers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insight into action.
- A coaching style that gets results through people. You develop teams who perform, and you can prove it with numbers.
- Confident communication and influencing at every level.
- A good eye for detail and process.
- A home base within about an hour of one of the regions above.
