About Topham Guerin

Topham Guerin are the global influence experts. Our teams work across London, New York, Sydney and Auckland, delivering social media, digital communications, content and campaigns for clients in the UK and internationally. You'll work on campaigns for global brands, government and public sector organisations, and high-profile institutions.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director / Conceptual Creative who can come up with big ideas that people pay attention to. That might mean developing a campaign platform. Or it could mean finding the idea for a one-off Instagram video. You'll be ready to lead creative projects from initial brief through to final execution. You'll interrogate briefs, have a point of view on the strategic message and approach to take, and be ready to present and sell your ideas. You’re also a reliable designer, ready to take ownership of executing ideas as finished assets. We want someone who can bring structure where it’s needed and think independently, and help set the creative standard for the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
