Tomorrow Bureau

Valuing conceptual depth and meticulous craft, we define singular, high-impact visual narratives in close collaboration with ambitious, forward-thinking brands.

We are looking for an Art Director

We are looking for an Art Director to join the studio and help lead the design development and delivery of ambitious visual projects across design, CGI, motion, and emerging technologies.

Working closely with the Creative Directors, Executive Creative Director, and the production team, you will lead projects from concept through to delivery—maintaining exceptional creative standards while helping others produce their best work.

You should be a highly capable designer with exceptional visual taste, outstanding 3D skills, and the confidence to lead teams while remaining collaborative and hands-on throughout the creative process...

MUST HAVE 3D EXPERIENCE AND STRONG DESIGN CAPABILITY. CANDIDATES WITHOUT THIS WILL NOT BE RETAINED.

AT A GLANCE

  • Ideally, candidates have at least four years of experience working in a similar studio style and managing projects/teams across medium- to large-scale projects.
  • You will be working with the Creative Directors to help support the studio's vision.
  • You would join the team and take a senior role over projects to help manage artists and deliver consistency across all production areas.
  • We seek an optimistic, hands-on, visionary creative to join our studio. You’ll be a central point of interaction for other members of our team as well as freelancers. A strong eye for detail and quality will be paramount.
  • We must allow all of our team members to grow into and beyond their roles, supporting everyone individually to work to their strengths and continuously learn and develop new skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
