Senior Art Director - Lifestyle, Luxury & Culture
Freelance | Project-based | 3–6 months
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Art Director to work across a range of visually led lifestyle projects, with a strong focus on photography and video.
The ideal person will have a sophisticated visual eye and a portfolio that goes beyond one particular sector. Experience within luxury hospitality would be a plus, but we’re particularly interested in creatives who can bring broader cultural references across architecture, art, fashion, dining, travel and lifestyle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The opportunity
This is an ongoing requirement rather than a single project, with the potential for a longer-term arrangement from next year.
We’re particularly keen to hear from Senior ADs who can bring a strong, considered visual perspective and aren't defined by one specific sector.
