Mode Executive is partnering with a high growth premium Women's ready to wear brand to appoint a Senior Art Director.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and evolve the visual identity of a business with a strong creative vision and ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining how the brand is expressed across every customer touchpoint, taking ownership of creative execution while helping build the foundations, systems, and visual standards that will support long-term growth. The role offers significant creative ownership and influence, working closely with senior leadership to deliver best-in-class brand, ecommerce, and campaign experiences.

This is a fully remote position based in London, reporting directly to the Chief Brand Officer in New York. The role requires daily availability during US East Coast business hours (7:00am–3:00pm EST) to ensure close collaboration with the New York-based team and key stakeholders. Candidates must be comfortable working across international time zones within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and be willing to travel internationally for photoshoots, campaign productions, creative development projects, and key business meetings as required. This is a full time role, and can be considered on both a freelance or permanent contract basis.

The Role

  • Lead the ongoing development and evolution of the brand's visual identity across all customer-facing channels.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across ecommerce, social media, email marketing, paid media, campaigns, packaging, and broader brand communications.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to uphold creative standards and deliver a cohesive brand experience.
  • Own the visual presentation of the ecommerce platform, including homepage updates, seasonal storytelling, landing pages, and product presentation.
  • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Review and approve imagery, layouts, digital assets, and online experiences to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
  • Art direct ecommerce, content, and campaign photography shoots from concept through execution.
  • Contribute to the creative vision and development of campaign imagery and seasonal brand storytelling.
  • Lead image selection, provide retouching direction, and oversee post-production feedback and approvals.
  • Develop creative briefs for photoshoots, including recommendations for model casting, stylists, hair and makeup artists, photographers, and other freelance creative partners.
  • Establish, document, and maintain creative guidelines covering brand imagery, packaging, ecommerce, and visual communications.
  • Support the development of creative processes and workflows, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to final delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
