Senior Art Director

Permanent | London (Hybrid) | £80,000–£85,000

Looking for more than the next job?

A growing Creative Content Agency is looking for a Senior Art Director who's already operating at a high level and is ready to play a key role in shaping the creative output of an ambitious studio.

This isn't a role for someone looking to step up into Senior Art Director.

We're looking for someone who's already there—someone trusted to lead major integrated campaigns, partner with Creative Directors and Copywriters from the very first creative conversation, and consistently turn strong ideas into beautifully crafted work.

If you're happiest leading the visual thinking, building compelling creative worlds and raising the standard of everything around you, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Head of Design, you'll help shape the visual direction of the studio across integrated campaigns, global brand platforms, social-first content, film, digital and experiential projects.

This is a genuinely hands-on role. You'll still be designing, creating key visuals, building presentations, developing visual systems and art directing photography and film shoots—but you'll also be leading significant creative workstreams, mentoring designers and helping shape the creative culture of the agency.

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck into the work, thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable taking ownership from the first response through to final delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
