About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative Senior Art Director to lead the development and delivery of high-quality, integrated creative work across campaigns and key brand initiatives.
(You'll absolutely need 7+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative development within an agency or similar environment.)

This role combines hands-on creative expertise with team leadership, overseeing designers, multimedia specialists, and video creatives to deliver cohesive and impactful content across multiple channels.
The role is responsible for transforming creative direction into compelling visual concepts and ensuring consistent execution across campaign assets, including digital content, key visuals, and film.
The ideal candidate will maintain strong creative standards while driving originality, brand consistency, and high-quality creative output. As the creative lead on assigned projects, the Senior Art Director will manage campaigns from concept to final delivery, guiding teams through collaboration, creative direction, and effective project execution while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Develop strong, original ideas for campaigns and projects, translating strategy into compelling visual storytelling.
- Lead creative hands-on to design, motion, and visual work, supporting the team with high-quality outputs while guiding the creative direction.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate briefs into actionable, creative solutions.
- Ensure all design, motion, and visual work meets our quality standards, aligns with brand identity and client goals, and is polished for client delivery.
- Inspire multidisciplinary creatives to grow their skills, confidence, and impact.
- Understand timelines, budgets, and resources constraints, able to conceptualise ideas that are realistic and deliverable.
- Confidently present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, explaining creative decisions clearly and persuasively.
- Stay updated on design, motion, and creative industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep the agency’s work fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative development within an agency or similar environment.
- Strong conceptual thinker, able to turn ideas into bold, engaging visual stories.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Experience leading and guiding multidisciplinary creative talent, helping them grow and deliver their best work.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and digital content production.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Confident presenting and pitching creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and high visual standards.
- Proficiency in AI applications and output is a bonus.
- A collaborative, ego-free mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for challenging convention, evolving agency culture, and bringing fresh ideas to the way teams work and create.

Pay range and compensation package
- Salary Range: 25,000 AED - 30,000 AED
- You will need to earn 105,000 GBP (pre tax) / 120,000 EUR to take 30,000 AED per month (oh, and Dubai has a lower cost of living than London)
