Team: Creative
Reports To: Associate Creative Director
About the Role
As a Senior Art Director you bring bold ideas, craft excellence and creative ownership together, at every opportunity. You can expertly lead initial ideation, idea development, visual elevation, refinement and execution, as well as play the wider role of trusted creative partner – across everything you create and oversee.
You bring strong conceptual thinking, refined creative instincts, and the confidence to push ideas further, to navigating the realities of pharmaceutical and wellness marketing and comms.
You confidently use approved AI and emerging creative technologies, whilst retaining ultimate human creative ownership, originality, brand integrity, scientific accuracy and QC.
At Inizio Evoke, this role is about becoming a trusted creative partner – to fellow members of the Creative, as well as your cross-functional agency team and clients.
What You’ll Do
Concepting & Creative Thinking
- Contribute meaningfully to creative ideation – bringing fresh, strategically aligned ideas to life in bold and differentiated ways
- Push beyond safe solutions – elevating the work and finding ambitious creative opportunities within each brief; balanced against specific brand, scientific and regulatory requirements
- Tell engrossing and engaging stories by integrating design, messaging, and user experience in immersive experiences
- Rapidly prototype visual worlds, campaign systems and experience ideas to support earlier discussion, testing and refinement; by leveraging tradition expertise and emerging technologies
- Recognise when ideation is leading towards familiar or derivative work, and deliberately push towards more distinctive solutions
Creative Ownership & Execution
- Lead visual expression, elevation and execution across complex deliverables (digital, print, video, social, and interactive)
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts
- Develop and refine campaign-level ideas – not just individual tactics
- Provide oversight to ensure all work is polished, on-brand, and delivery-ready across channels

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
