Senior Artworker – 6-Month Contract

London | Hybrid | 6-Month Contract | Competitive Day Rate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Artworker to join a leading international professional services organisation on an exciting 6-month contract, supporting a major firm-wide transformation programme and the delivery of a wide range of brand and creative assets.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, with day-to-day direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the Brand & Design team to ensure the visual identity is applied consistently, accurately and efficiently across multiple channels and touchpoints. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled production-focused creative who thrives on detail, quality and delivering high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for producing, adapting and delivering a broad range of digital and print assets, ensuring everything is aligned with established brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality. You’ll play a key role in the rollout of a refreshed visual identity, supporting brand asset management, template creation, image optimisation and the development of efficient production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and adapt high volumes of digital and print artwork in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create branded brochures, marketing collateral, social media assets, e-marketing materials, infographics, presentations and templates.
  • Apply strong knowledge of layout, typography and visual hierarchy to all artwork.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality across all brand deliverables.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork across multiple digital channels and formats.
  • Support the rollout and population of a Frontify brand management platform.
  • Assist with the organisation, tagging and migration of brand assets and imagery.
  • Carry out bulk image editing, retouching, optimisation and branding of photography.
  • Support the creation and testing of branded templates and reusable design assets.
  • Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to interpret creative direction and maintain high production standards.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Contribute to improving production workflows through automation, emerging design tools and new technologies.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Senior Artworker, Production Designer or equivalent, with a strong background working within established corporate brand environments.

You’ll have excellent production skills, a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage high volumes of work without compromising quality.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience as a Senior Artworker, Production Designer or equivalent.
  • Strong experience working within corporate brand guidelines and established brand systems.
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering large-scale brand implementation projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including template implementation and presentation production.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset creation and print production.
  • Experience preparing production-ready artwork across multiple channels and formats.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following established creative direction.
  • Calm, diplomatic and solutions-focused, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Frontify or similar brand management platforms.
  • Experience supporting brand asset migration and digital asset management projects.
  • Advanced bulk photo editing, retouching and image optimisation skills.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools, emerging design technologies and workflow automation.
  • Experience within professional services, legal, financial services or another corporate environment.
  • Experience creating branded templates and reusable design systems.
  • Video editing and motion graphics experience.
