Life on the team

Are you a data-focused professional with experience across asset management, data quality and enterprise systems? Join Computacenter’s global team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable asset data across our Device Lifecycle Management services.

You’ll work in a collaborative international environment, analysing data across platforms including ServiceNow and SAP. You’ll identify data issues, uncover root causes and drive improvements that support operational efficiency, financial transparency and compliance.

Working closely with operations, finance, technology and customers, your insight will help ensure asset data can be trusted throughout its lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the onboarding of new customer accounts, ensuring high-quality asset data from day one
  • Analyse and reconcile data across ServiceNow, SAP, warehouse systems, partner platforms and customer CMDBs
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, exceptions and lifecycle issues
  • Maintain accurate asset records, including ownership, location, status and financial information
  • Validate key asset attributes such as serial numbers across lifecycle touchpoints
  • Support billing, forecasting and financial reconciliation activities
  • Ensure end-to-end asset lifecycle data integrity from onboarding to end-of-life
  • Support compliance, audit and reporting requirements
  • Provide day-to-day support for asset and data queries
  • Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement

What you’ll need

  • Experience working with asset, configuration or service data in an enterprise or managed services environment
  • Strong data analysis, reconciliation and root-cause analysis skills
  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience, ideally CMDB or Asset Management
  • Exposure to SAP or similar ERP platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence presenting insights in PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and spoken English (minimum CEFR B2)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel globally
