About the Role

We are supporting a leading investment manager with a substantial Real Assets platform spanning renewable energy, infrastructure and natural capital.

We are looking to speak with experienced Asset Managers with a strong background in solar PV to join a growing renewable energy asset management function.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take ownership of operational renewable energy assets and play a key role across their technical and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the ongoing management and performance of operational solar PV assets.
  • Monitor technical and operational KPIs, identifying performance issues and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work closely with O&M providers, technical advisors, contractors and other external stakeholders.
  • Review asset performance, availability, production and maintenance activities.
  • Support the management of budgets, contracts and commercial performance.
  • Analyse operational data and investigate underperformance, faults and deviations from expected generation.
  • Ensure contractual obligations and performance standards are being met.
  • Contribute to reporting and provide clear performance updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, reliability and long-term value.
  • Work across a portfolio of renewable energy assets and contribute to wider asset management strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
