We are constantly striving to improve the capabilities and service offerings in the Finance function. Our dynamic and fast-paced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team operates in a high-impact environment. It plays a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Group in making commercial decisions for our growing and complex business.

We are looking for a confident, high performing and motivated individual to join our established FP&A team; with a vision to provide insightful analysis that drives business decisions. There is a wide scope for this role to grow and develop in the future.

To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

What brings us all together at Deloitte? It's how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

  • Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues, identify root causes, communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, and drive timely resolution of system and process challenges.
  • Your role will enable Business aligned finance teams and FP&A leadership to understand financial performance, driving and tracking actions to deliver our strategic priorities and key targets.
  • Provide the FP&A leadership team with timely, insightful analysis and proposals to enhance the functionality of the Anaplan system.
  • Participate in cross team projects, providing ad hoc financial modelling and analysis as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
