We are looking for a Senior Assistant Engineer who will:
- Be responsible for the overall maintenance of the building
- Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
- Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
- Complete PPM rooms thoroughly, including decoration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, silicone replacement, bathroom repairs, lighting, ventilation, furniture repairs and final quality inspections.
- Supervise contractors and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude

The Ideal Candidate
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- Has previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or similar setting
- PPM Knowledge
- Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Positive attitude, ownership and attention to detail
