About the Role

Service Care Solutions are seeking ambitious Senior Associates and Partner-level Family Lawyers to join a growing team delivering exceptional legal services across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor who is passionate about family law and enjoys providing clients with outstanding service during some of the most important moments of their lives.

The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload covering all aspects of family law, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial provision
  • Child contact and residence matters
  • Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
  • Protective orders and other family law matters
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting the continued growth of the practice

About You

  • Qualified Scottish Solicitor with significant experience in family law.
  • Senior Associate or Partner level, or an ambitious Associate ready to progress.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Scottish family law.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
