Property Innovation and Operations Advisor (Senior Associate)

The Opportunity
Working closely with the property team, you'll identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, improve workflows, and maximize the use of technology to deliver a better service for clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and improving commercial property processes and workflows.
- Driving the implementation and adoption of legal technology and AI solutions.
- Leading operational improvement projects from concept to delivery.
- Supporting teams through change and embedding new ways of working.
- Ensuring compliance while improving efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
- Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and legal processes.
- A genuine interest in legal operations, innovation, or legal technology.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys improving systems and processes and is looking to transition away from a traditional fee-earning career into a strategic operational position.
