Discover the Role

The Senior Associate reports directly to the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities include Account Payable & input tax report, bookkeeping, monthly closing, withholding tax, corporate income tax and so on. Moreover, this position is supposed to perform other accounting related administrative tasks as assigned. And, this position will be on-site at our client's office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with AP procedures
  • Verify invoice details, approvals, tax requirements, and supporting documents
  • Perform invoice booking, payment processing, and payment run support
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
  • Prepare AP reports (aging, outstanding invoices, payment status)
  • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on AP-related queries
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements
  • Support process improvement initiatives where applicable
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor or team lead

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in accounting and CPD holder is an added advantage;
  • Minimum 1-3 year experience in the accounting field or in outsource accounting service field is preferable;
  • Have knowledge of Thai Revenue Code;
  • Good English skill both writing and speaking;
  • Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems.
