Senior Associate / Associate Solicitor | Real Estate Finance | London | 5+ PQE
We are delighted to be instructed on behalf of one of London's most established private wealth law firms to appoint a Senior Associate into its growing Real Estate Finance practice.
This is an opportunity to join a firm whose reputation has been built over more than 300 years advising wealth creators, family offices, entrepreneurs, property investors, and owner-managed businesses.
The culture is collegiate, relationship-driven, and genuinely collaborative, with Real Estate Finance working closely alongside highly regarded Private Wealth, Corporate, and Real Estate teams.

The work regularly involves premium real estate assets, significant investment portfolios, and bespoke transactions where commercial judgment is valued as highly as technical excellence.
The Opportunity
You will take a leading role on complex transactions, working directly with Partners and clients while enjoying significant autonomy and responsibility from day one. There is excellent exposure to high-quality work, direct client relationships, and genuine opportunities to help shape the continued growth of the practice.
We are keen to speak with lawyers who have:
- At least 5 years PQE in Banking & Finance or Real Estate Finance
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation
- The confidence to lead transactions and build trusted client relationships
- A commercial approach and an interest in advising sophisticated investors, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
