Senior Associate – Real Estate Finance – 5+ PQE
About the Firm
A highly regarded UK law firm with a long-standing reputation is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Finance practice within the Corporate team. The firm is known for its expertise across private wealth, real estate, and commercial matters, providing tailored advice to a diverse client base including developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
You will advise on complex real estate finance transactions, working closely with lenders, borrowers, and developers on high-value property investments and development projects. The team regularly handles multi-faceted transactions combining corporate and real estate elements, offering exceptional exposure to challenging and rewarding work. The role includes significant client contact and the opportunity to supervise junior lawyers.

What They’re Looking For
- 5+ PQE in real estate finance acquired at a leading UK or international firm
- Strong knowledge of loan agreements, security documentation, and intercreditor arrangements
- Experience across investment and development finance transactions
- Excellent technical and drafting skills with a strong commercial approach
- Confidence in managing clients and supporting business development initiatives
- Ability to mentor junior colleagues and lead complex matters
