AJ Chambers are working with a top-tier growing law firm in Central London who are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic support, mentoring, and technical guidance, assisting in the growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a varied caseload of commercial civil litigation disputes both for domestic and international clients spread across many jurisdictions.
• Have experience of cross-border litigation and conflict of laws issues.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Develop and grow the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
• Work with senior and junior counsel, experts, and be used to instructing lawyers in foreign jurisdictions and working with them.
• Have existing potential referral relationships and a demonstrable track record of generating new business opportunities.
• Support recruitment, mentoring, and development of future team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple professional disciplines.
