The Role
As part of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking an experienced 5+ PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our highly regarded Commercial Litigation Team, based in our Bournemouth office.
We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join our growing Commercial Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious matters and to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and insolvency-related matters.
- Handling your own caseload and supporting partners on more complex or high-value litigation.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and evidence for court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
- Engaging in client relationship management and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as appropriate, particularly at the Senior Associate level.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally gained at a well-regarded firm.
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A team player who values collaboration and takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work.
