The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Construction team. The practice covers both contentious and non-contentious work, but the firm is open to candidates with experience in either discipline. You will have the flexibility to focus on the areas that align best with your expertise and preferences, while gaining exposure to high-quality instructions and major UK projects. The priority is finding the right individual, rather than requiring a rigid specialisation.

What They’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with 6-10 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in either contentious or non-contentious construction law (or both)
- Ability to handle high-quality matters independently and provide pragmatic advice
- Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC forms of contract (contentious candidates should demonstrate dispute resolution experience)
- Strong client relationship, communication, and supervisory skills
