Harbor is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant
Harbor is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to join our 3E Application Management team within our Legal Technology Enterprise Solutions practice group. Under general direction from the Change Team Lead, the Senior Associate Consultant will work closely with a team of skilled individuals from various technical and professional backgrounds, across multiple time zones, to ensure successful client engagements and consistent client satisfaction in continual improvement tasks. This is a position that can be hybrid London or Belfast in the United Kingdom.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain a high degree of business domain knowledge and current best practices.
- Work to develop complex applications which are integrated within the constraints of the framework.
- Participate in architectural, database and user experience design for delivering client custom solutions including document output and process customisations.
- Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient code for applications, following coding standards and best practices.
- Follow Change team processes for development lifecycle and release management.
- Actively participate in agile meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality and development practices.
- Produce software documentation, including technical specifications and release documents.
- Support testing processes and quality assurance to ensure reliable software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve acceptance issues raised by clients.
- Maintain and update requests in Jira with focus on clear and timely client communication.
- Work closely with senior developers, testers, and other team members in a collaborative environment.
- Undertake installations and upgrades of various software according to installation packs.

Experience, Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or equivalent education.
- 3+ years of related experience with responsibilities related to Legal Technology or Professional Services products and service.
- Experience in Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience in VB, C#, SQL, XML, XSL, Web Services.
- Desirable experience in integration platforms such as Logic Apps, and in REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Understanding of agile principles and a willingness to be flexible and respond to change.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workload to continually deliver excellent results.
- Self-motivation and learning drive.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with technical, business and management staff.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop solid working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A strong desire to learn and grow, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to the team.
