Role – Senior Associate Consultant
Technology – Infrastructure Engineer – Active Directory, Citrix & VMware
Location: Warwick, UK
Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory environments, including GPOs, DNS, DHCP, OU administration, identity management, and access controls.
- Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.
- Administer VMware virtualization platforms including ESXi, vCenter, clustering, HA, and DR solutions.
- Perform infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Execute system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities.
- Support infrastructure transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, Storage, Backup, and Cloud teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
