Senior Associate Solicitor - Conveyancing (UHNW Clients, Partnership Prospects)

Location: Swansea

Salary: £48,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Are you an ambitious senior conveyancer ready to take the next step in your career? This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving and highly respected Swansea firm with a clear route to partnership in the short term.

You will be working with an established portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling high-value and complex transactions. Recent instructions include Chelsea acquisitions of £9 million and £5 million - with a steady pipeline of equally prestigious matters already in place.

The Role:

  • Manage a high-value caseload of residential property transactions for UHNW clients.
  • Deliver a seamless, discreet, and high-touch client service.
  • Take on a leadership position within the team, with the support and progression to partnership.
  • No need for a following - the work is here, ready for you to lead.

  • Someone motivated by progression, ready to take on partnership responsibilities in the near future.
