We are working with a growing professional services business seeking a Senior Corporate Services Associate to join its London team.
The Role
This is a broad role combining company secretarial, governance, compliance and client management responsibilities within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. You'd be expected to be capable to hit the ground running, manage client relationships independently and help develop more junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and private clients
- Company secretarial and governance activities
- AML, KYC and compliance responsibilities
- Corporate administration across the full client lifecycle
- Review and oversee junior team members' work
- Mentor and support less experienced colleagues
- Liaise with clients, banks and professional advisers
- Support international corporate structures and transactions

Skills & Experience
- Experience within corporate services, company secretarial, governance, compliance or fiduciary services
- Strong company secretarial and corporate administration experience
- Ability to manage client relationships confidently
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional and client-focused approach
