I am currently supporting a boutique Finance advisory firm in their search for a Corporate Finance Associate to join their expanding team in central London.
The business delivers commercial support to senior leaders navigating complex periods of change. You will gain key exposure to M&A, operational improvements (including forecasting, reporting, and finance function reviews), and commercial initiatives across a wide range of PE backed, mid-cap, and listed companies, as well as public sector and non-profit organisations. Key Responsibilities
- Support across Transactions and operational improvement initiatives including M&A, disposals, refinancing, financial modelling, cash flow modelling, forecasting, and finance function reviews
- Client Delivery, execute project tasks across a variety of assignments, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs, clear communication, and proactive issue escalation.
- Liaise with clients and team members, maintain documentation, and support junior consultants while working flexibly to meet client needs.
- Build client relationships, identify new opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to service innovation.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be recently ACA (Top 10 preferred) or CIMA (equivalent) qualified with prior experience gained within Corporate Finance and/or commercial finance/FP&A in industry. You will possess a commercial mindset and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders. You will have demonstrated a proven ability to analyse and manipulate large sets of data.
