Job Description

We're looking for a talented Senior Associate (Corporate Real Estate) to join our growing Real Estate team in Cardiff.

The role

As a Senior Associate, you'll provide commercial property support to our longstanding client base, with a particular focus on growing our real estate work in Wales. You will work within our expanding Real Estate department across a range of sectors, including landlord and tenant work, corporate support, and real estate finance, supporting fast-paced and time-intensive transactions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing proactive and commercial legal advice on time and to a high standard of technical competence across a broad range of corporate real estate matters.
  • Taking responsibility for running your own caseload without supervision and working across a wide breadth of transactions.
  • Undertaking focused business development activity to support the growth of the firm's real estate offering in Wales.
