Company Description

About Entain

There's nothing like a career at Entain. We're a leading, global sports betting and gaming company and we're upping the excitement and increasing player safety. We're a FTSE company with iconic brands including Ladbrokes, Coral, BetMGM, Eurobet and bwin, and we have an energy that drives us to perform at the height of our potential. Whether you're an engineer, marketer or retail specialist, a career here is a complete game changer.

Job Description

This is a hybrid role. As a Senior Associate - Group Strategy, you will play a critical role in delivering Entain's strategic agenda by leading key workstreams across high-impact projects. You'll help solve complex business problems, develop actionable insights, and shape strategic recommendations that influence the future direction of the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Group Strategy, you will be part of the Group Strategy team, who partner with senior leaders across the business to evaluate growth opportunities, support strategic decision-making, and drive key corporate initiatives. The team works across areas including corporate strategy, M&A, market expansion, partnerships, and long-term value creation, combining rigorous analysis with clear recommendations to deliver tangible business impact.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of strategic decision-making within a global FTSE organisation. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, work on a diverse range of high-profile projects, and help shape the future growth of the business. If you're intellectually curious, commercially minded, and enjoy turning ambiguity into clear strategic direction, we'd love to hear from you. Are you ready to help shape Entain's next chapter of growth?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
