The opportunity

TSR Legal are currently representing a leading law firm based in Swansea, who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and Senior Solicitor to join a specialist Personal Injury team, representing clients who have sustained life-changing brain injuries.

This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload of complex brain injury claims, working alongside a high regarded personal injury team to secure the best possible outcomes for clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting individuals and their families through often challenging circumstances, providing expert legal advice with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of complex brain injury and catastrophic injury claims.
  • Provide clear, practical and client-focused legal advice throughout the claims process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, rehabilitation providers and expert witnesses.
  • Negotiate settlements and, where necessary, prepare cases for litigation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Contribute to business development and help maintain the team’s excellent reputation.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant Personal Injury experience
  • Proven experience handling serious injury or brain injury claims is highly desirable.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation and case management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Compassionate, organised and committed to delivering exceptional client care.
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
