Employment Solicitor - Senior Associate
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Employment Solicitor to join our highly regarded Employment, Pensions and Immigration National Service Line (NSL) as a Senior Associate, based in our Leeds office.
The Role
Our Leeds team advises a diverse range of clients across sectors including commercial, healthcare (both private and NHS), education, and government. The work is varied, challenging and rewarding, providing the opportunity to build strong client relationships whilst working on complex and high-profile employment matters.
This is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients, developing junior colleagues, and contributing to the ongoing success of the practice.
What You'll Do
Deliver Exceptional Client Service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients, helping to drive client retention and referrals.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' legal, commercial and strategic objectives.
- Provide a responsive, pragmatic and high-quality service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Demonstrate Technical Excellence
- Apply strong technical expertise and up-to-date employment law knowledge across a broad range of matters.
- Deliver commercially focused, practical advice that helps clients achieve their objectives.
- Manage Employment Tribunal litigation with confidence and professionalism.
- Design and deliver engaging training and thought leadership sessions for clients and prospective clients.

Pre Employment Screening
