- Market-leading work – complex PE, M&A and cross-border transactions, alongside a strong mix of advisory and contentious matters.
- Outstanding team – Magic Circle, US and in-house backgrounds, combining technical excellence, commercial insight and entrepreneurial thinking.

- Culture and lifestyle – 1,800 billable hours, competitive US remuneration, an entrepreneurial and inclusive culture, excellent benefits and spectacular London offices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ideally seeking a 5–7 PQE employment lawyer with strong transactional experience, preferably from a US or leading international firm, though very much open to speaking with those sitting outside of this.
I'd be delighted to speak confidentially, whether you're actively looking or simply curious.
I also enjoy connecting lawyers across private practice and in-house through market insights, introductions and networking events, so always happy to connect regardless of your plans.
We are also open to in-house backgrounds.
