Senior Associate – Employment (3+ PQE)
Looking for your next step in Employment Law? This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded team working on complex, meaningful matters across the education and charity sectors.
The Opportunity
Our client is a top 50 UK law firm with an excellent reputation for advising a prestigious and diverse client base across complex employment matters.
You’ll handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including advisory projects and Employment Tribunal cases. Expect high-quality, interesting work with large and complex organisations.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Employment Law
- Strong experience in Employment Tribunal matters
- Commercial, practical approach to legal advice
- Confident communicator with solid client relationship skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload and support junior team members
