Employment Senior Associate – 5-6 PQE

The Role
This position sits within a top-tier Employment practice with exposure to a blend of contentious and non-contentious work. You will advise both employers and senior executives on complex employment matters, including contracts, terminations, settlement negotiations, reorganisations, TUPE, and restrictive covenants, as well as acting on high-value Employment Tribunal claims. The role also involves opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives and to handle work for high-profile and diverse clients.

What They’re Looking For
- A qualified employment lawyer with 5-6 years’ PQE
- Strong experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Excellent technical and drafting skills with commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple, complex matters with autonomy and confidence
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused approach
- Previous exposure to clients in creative sectors is advantageous
