Carrington Rowe | Insurance Executive Search

Build Something Exceptional

Most recruitment firms fill vacancies. At Carrington Rowe, we build leadership teams that shape organisations.

We partner with insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd's syndicates, MGAs, brokers, and investor-backed businesses to identify and secure the talent that drives growth, transformation, and long-term success.

Our approach is simple: deep market expertise, long-term relationships, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

As we enter the next stage of growth, we're seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to help deliver high-profile search assignments across the insurance market.

This is an opportunity to deepen your market expertise, build your personal brand, work alongside senior industry leaders, and progress towards Principal and ultimately Partnership.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver executive and senior-level search assignments across the insurance market.
  • Build relationships with senior candidates and industry leaders.
  • Develop and nurture relationships across the insurance market, identifying opportunities to introduce new clients and expand existing partnerships.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research.
  • Identify, engage, and assess high-calibre talent.
  • Provide market intelligence and candidate insights to clients.
  • Support business development activities and client growth initiatives.
  • Become a recognised specialist within your chosen market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
