Your Role in a Nutshell
The Senior Associate, Facilities Repair & Maintenance is responsible for leading and delivering Workplace & Facilities services across multiple offices in the West EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa). This role sits within the Enterprise Real Estate & Facilities / Global Workplace Services function and is accountable for creating safe, efficient, compliant, and engaging workplaces that support employee productivity and evolving hybrid work models.
The role provides regional leadership across office operations, facilities management, vendor performance, financial stewardship, health & safety, security, sustainability, space management, and workplace experience. The position manages both direct and outsourced resources, works closely with global and regional stakeholders, and supports strategic real estate and workplace initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workplace & Facilities operations across multiple West EMEA offices.
- Serve as the regional escalation point for workplace and facilities issues.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and enhance employee experience.
- Oversee office services, amenities, meeting spaces, and workplace standards.
- Manage annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring financial compliance and cost optimization.
- Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and service delivery improvements.
- Lead space planning, office moves, renovations, and workplace projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
- Manage facility maintenance programs and facilities management systems (CMMS/CAFM).
- Oversee regional company fleet operations, including utilization and cost management.
- Lead, develop, and support internal and outsourced workplace teams.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Procurement, Real Estate, and other cross-functional partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in workplace operations, processes, and service quality.
- Travel across the West EMEA region (approximately 25%) and provide support during critical situations when needed.

What You’ll Need:
Minimum:
- 5–7+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Office Management, or a related field, including multi-site/regional operations.
- Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), and workplace service delivery.
- Experience leading teams in multicultural and/or remote environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and financial management capabilities.
- Experience with vendor negotiation, performance management, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of CMMS/CAFM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel across the West EMEA region (approximately 25%).
