Family Law | Career Progression | Brighton & Hove
A highly regarded and ambitious Sussex law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Depending on experience, appointments may be considered at Associate, Senior Associate or Partnership-track level, offering a genuine route to long-term progression.

The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters while becoming an important part of a collaborative and highly respected team.
The role offers exposure to high-quality work, excellent client contact and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a successful department.

- Advising clients on a broad range of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Child arrangements
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate support
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and departmental growth
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
- Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach
- Desire to contribute to the long-term success of a growing team
